Big dreams for broken parks (The Star-Ledger)

Boy's Park is a little square of green on the Newark city map. Right now, that's the only place it's green. The 1.3-acre park is a weed-covered, mostly asphalt lot off Duryea Street and Sussex Avenue. Off in the marshy parts are piles of junked tires and roofing shingles.
